How To Properly Showcase The Staff, Employees Or Team On Your WordPress Website

Having a dedicated section on a website for the staff, employees or team is one of the ways to make the whole establishment to look more operationally professional.

And if you think the above statement makes sense, then here’s a step by step guide on how to properly showcase the staff, employees or team on a WordPress website.

#1 Download, upload, install and activate Team Members plugin

#2 Once the plugin is activated, hover your cursor on Teams and click Add New

Then, add a title for the staff, employees or team of the establishment. For example, here we call it Wordatom’s Staff.

Once you are over that, enter the details of your first staff, employee or team. See the screenshot below for reference:

To add more staff, employees or team member, click on the Add Another Member button and repeat the process above.

#3 After you have completed in adding all the members of the establishment, look towards the sidebar

On the sidebar, you will see a dropdown that says Settings. Here you can edit the colour, the number of members to show per line, the description/bio alignment, picture link behaviour and fonts. See the screenshot below for reference:

Once you are done configuring the above, click the Publish button.

Then, hover your cursor on Teams once again and click on All Teams.

And you will see the team that you have created above. Now all you need to do is copy the shortcode.

And paste the shortcode that you have copied above anywhere you want to showcase the establishment’s staff, employees or team on the WordPress website. See the screenshot below for reference:

After pasting the shortcode, Publish or Update the WordPress content.
